Beacon Communities LLC is a multi-family housing development, investment, and management company. Through the development and management of both rental and for-sale residential properties, serving a diverse cross-section of our society, Beacon's communities make enduring contributions to the vitality of the cities and towns where their communities are located.
Beacon presently owns and manages thirty communities that provide over 9,000 residences throughout New England, New York, Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Maryland. Communities range from The Cordovan at Haverhill Station, an historic rehabilitation of a shoe factory building in Haverhill, MA, to The Woodlands at Abington Station, a transit oriented, market rate rental development in Abington, MA. In addition, Beacon is actively engaged in third-party management.
The success of Beacon Communities is based upon the ability to form joint ventures with an array of partners including landowners, community groups, colleges and equity investors as well as the ability to work cooperatively with public officials and concerned citizens.
