Coastal Partners is a retail management and development company specializing in mid-size retail centers featuring restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, convenience shops and large format retailers. Coastal Partners currently manages retail centers in Haverhill, MA, Hooksett, NH, and over 30 commercial single tenanted pharmacies/retailer centers throughout Maine and New Hampshire totaling more than 350,000 SF. The principals have over twenty five years of retail experience in designing and developing restaurants, pharmacies, and mid-size retail centers, locally, and throughout the country within a variety of development formats.

Coastal Partners maintains a strong development team of professionals including; traffic and civil engineers, architects, general contractors, and lenders. This team excels at developing properties that address local and state requirements while incorporating community needs and superior design standards.
