The Board of Selectmen, the Planning Board and the Finance Committee have endorsed The Village at Little River and encourage you to do the same. Please plan to vote at a Special Town Meeting on Tuesday, June 24th. The Town of Newbury will hold this meeting to vote on zoning overlay changes that are necessary for the development of The Village at Little River, a proposed mixed-use community on Route 1 at the corner of Middle and Hanover Street.
