SENIOR CENTER

We plan to construct and furnish a 5,000 square foot senior center for use by the Newbury Council on Aging in the Village. The Center will be open to all Newbury residents, and will be provided rent free, with the Newbury Council on Aging being responsible for all operation costs, including utilities as well as programmatic costs. We anticipate working with the Council to further understand their space needs as well as on interior design.
