TRAILS/WALKWAYS

The Village will contain various areas of public open space including two plazas adjacent and across Main Street from the village grocer, a large village green with park amenities, and proposed walking trails connecting the development to the train station and along the Little River. We envision ice cream vendors selling ice cream on hot summer days in the plazas, big band concerts in the village green on Friday and Saturday nights, and families and elders casually strolling along the River during all seasons.

In addition, the entire site consists of 99 acres of land of which 85% will be open space; 65% of the site is wetlands and will be designated in a permanent conservation easement that will further ensure that the wetlands remain protected for future generations.
