| HE VILLAGE AT LITTLE RIVER is a proposed mixed use, mixed income village at the intersection of Route 1 and Middle Road being developed by The Village at Little River LLC (a joint venture between Beacon Communities Development LLC and Coastal Partners, Inc.). The Village will consist of a diverse range of housing options, from higher end for-sale townhomes to mixed income senior restricted condominiums and rental apartments. In total, the Village will contain 150 homes. In addition, the Village will include retail and office space that will provide much needed services to the Newbury community.
The retail Village will be designed to create a pedestrian scale with personalized tenant facades, wide sidewalks, on-street parking, street trees and benches with a “Main Street” image. The Village will be walkable and, pending environmental approvals, include walking trails along the river and connecting to the train station. |
